Eben, Your material is superb....I've never experienced so many AHA!! moments from an I-Biz Guru...and I'd lov eto experience more BUT I live in a dial-up neck of the woods and can't seem to watch the videos with much clarity or voice/video synchronization. I've tried downloading them to no avail. Can you offer download links so that the dial-up world (perhaps your largest untapped internet market due to bandwidth deficiencies, and maybe the greatest in sheer numbers) can also benefit from your great materials? I have a product that I sell to all types of contactors plumbers, electricians etc.. I have a list of hundreds of contractors but it is pretty much a one shot deal. Can your program assist me in developing informations products to sell to them? Thanks Jon

Hi Eben, I have no idea if this will reach you or if this is even the best way of contacting you with questions/comments, but since I have been spending several hours the last two days (I found out about your program from your Stompernet call) trying to soak up all your free information I am left with a few questions and concerns about joining your program. Before I go any further, let me say I am EXTREMELY impressed with how you seem to have built your company, the people you have studied under and the principles you are using to promote this system. Your effort to put out useful information is impressive and your sincere desire to help people is evident. I want to give you a little of my background so that you may understand the context of my questions/concerns. Fresh out of college a little over a decade ago I joined an MLM, actually an MLM on steriods. It was a nutritional company with a personal devolopment/training sister company. I was full of vim and vigor and $$$ signs and I quickly worked my way up the ranks of both the distributor side and the training side. I eventually became a trainer and traveled throughout the country. And because the training with steeped in the lessons of Napoleon Hill, Zip Ziglar and many other greats, I received years of valuable lessons both learning and teaching this information. I am a much better, more confident, able person because of it. However, because of my vim and vigor, I also ignored this fact:the company I was a distributor for frontloaded and manipulated people into buying products. (The company was eventually shut down by the FTC). I was good at what I did, and I actually convinced myself that what I was doing was helping people. And that was true up to a point. But it wasn't 100% true. My longwinded point is this: in the years since I left, I have made it a priority that anything that I am involved with has to pass a strict test for me. It has to genuinely help people who are my clients. The reason this is relevant to your program is that I am not interested in promoting informational products as a way to JUST MAKE MONEY. I only want to promote products that actually have an emmense positive impact on the user. And I want to mastermind with people who think the same way. So two things and you can move on to the next email:) One, I wonder where the true emphasis for the majority of people who will be taking your program lies. Are most of the participants simply interested in ways to make money or more money selling books and programs? Or do these people (I am assuming hundreds) each actually have something powerful and useful that they can bring to the world and teach them? So, more specifically, is the emphasis for the majority financial or do you feel that each of them really will have something that can greatly help the customers they serve? I realize this may seem a bit melodramatic, but I hope you understand my key concern--you have created valuable information for people in the world of dating, but will your online information program be able to teach not only "how to create a niche" but also "how to create information that is extremely valuable and useful within that niche"? For instance, I have successfully helped many of my friends and associates secure salary raises in their current jobs by showing them how to understand their real and perceived values, and present this to their employers, while building value in themselves and creating more value for their employers. In essence, I think I have the ability to teach people how to get a raise, while also becoming a more valuable asset to their company. Paying for themself, basically. Now, if this (or a more refined version of this topic)would make an effective informational product line, then I could sale it and scale it with pride. But if the true idea of "niche" is simply finding a new way to sell something akin to the 100000 affiliates I see on ClickBank, then I probably could never dive into the deep end of the online information pool. The idea of going down the path of selling online information products is a serious decision for me. I dont venture into new territory unless I have a clear long term vision. I am currently wrapping up a year course with Jay Abraham who I am venturing an individual partnership. I am also expanding some other businesses that I have. To join your course would be a decision to join an unchartered world of online information. And I dont take it lighty. Any comments or feedback you have would be helpful. Dear Eben, I just wanted to tell you what a great program this sounds like and how much I wish I had the money to invest in this training. I have had an online travel business for about 1-1/2 years and continue to struggle. While I admit I have been somewhat distracted by my Dad's lengthy illness and recent death, the company has failed me as well. I am in VA and all of my upline is in FL. Because I'm not a "heavy hitter" I have been unable to get their help even though I have proven I am following the company's marketing plan. I have literally begged for help to no avail. Perhaps I should be moving on to another company, but I love this business and really do believe that somewhere somehow I can find the right training to make it work and I will be successful. Plus, I do not think that jumping from company to company is a good habit to get into. When I started, I gave myself 5 years to replace my $40,000 a year income plus pay for health insurance. You see, my husband can retire from his job at age 55 with 30 years of service and my goal is to be able to replace my 45 hour a week job with a business where I can work from home. So, I do think I am realistic in my expectations. Today when I received the e-mail from Mike Dillard I was so excited. Initially, his e-mail led its readers to believe this training would only cost $497.00. Plus he was offering all of his training pkgs to anyone who signed up for this training. That was good enough for me to risk my entire balance of $502 I have in my company checking account to take advantage of this phenomenal opportunity. As you can imagine, I was terribly disappointed to learn the price was far out of my reach. (I must confess, I did consider purchasing the first month @ $497.00 as I rationalized some training was better than no training and I could get Mike's material at half the cost of buying it off his MS website. But I concluded that would be unethical.) I was sickened further tonight when I went to your website to listen to the call I had missed earlier today and realized there had been some scholarships I could have applied for. While I realize there is no guarantee I would have been chosen, at least I would have had as good of a chance as everyone else. I don't know how I missed that opportunity except I was very distracted with my Dad's illness and passing. I wrote this lengthy letter to ask you please to consider doing another class next year. Or, at the very least to break the different segments down into "modules" that people such as myself can afford. I am particularly interested in the Nuts and Bolts as I have had a real difficult time getting instructions like that. Every e-book I have read tells me what to do with capture pages, opt ins, etc. but nothing seems to tell me how to go about creating them. If you know of any such training you could recommend I would be interested in that as well. Thank you for reading this very lengthy e-mail as it is very detailed. I just hope you will consider packaging some of the materials in a way that makes it affordable to the struggling marketer. At the very least, give us another opportunity to be in a better financial position to take the training next year.
